Returns Cancellations , Exchanges and Pre Orders

If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our return period, please ship it back following the instructions using a prepaid label and sending it via our returns portal.

We want you to love your Akalia purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Items must meet the conditions below to qualify for a return.

Return Window Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, or within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and in original condition with all tags and packaging attached. We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or does not meet these conditions.

How to Return Start your return through our returns portal to receive a prepaid return label. International orders are responsible for their own return shipping. Items from different orders cannot be combined in the same return, and if you are returning items from multiple orders, each must be sent back separately with its correct return label.

Refunds Full-price items → refunded to original payment method A $15 USD restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued to your original payment method. Shipping and Package Protection charges are non-refundable. Where a full-price item was purchased using a welcome or newsletter sign-up offer, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount.

Final Sale / Discounted Merchandise Please note that all discounted items, including BOGO deals, are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or gift card.

Orders purchased during sale/promotion periods are FINAL SALE. Please allow an extra 2–6 business days of processing time prior to shipping due to an influx of orders.

For the purposes of this policy, "discounted" refers to items that are marked down, on sale, part of a sale or sample sale collection, or included in a promotional offer such as BOGO. A standard welcome or newsletter sign-up offer applied to a full-price item does not make that item final sale — full-price items purchased with a welcome offer remain eligible for return under the standard return window and conditions above.

Gift card purchases are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

All jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, due to the intimate nature of the product, direct and prolonged skin contact, exposure to personal fragrances, oils, and moisture, the difficulty of verifying that a piece has not been worn or altered, and the handcrafted nature of our designs which makes each piece unique.

Cancelling or Changing Your Order We work quickly to process and ship your order, so once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes, including to items or shipping address. Please review your order carefully before purchasing — if you're unsure, email or DM us before you order.

Third-Party & Boutique Purchases We are unable to support items or orders purchased through boutiques or third-party retailers. Please contact the retailer you originally purchased from directly with any concerns.

Price Adjustments We do not offer price adjustments on items that go on sale after purchase, and we are unable to price adjust orders that have been placed or processed to match promotions or sale offerings.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not liable for lost or stolen packages but will assist you in filing a carrier claim.

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. Any refund issued under this policy is subject to the conditions, timeframes, and final-sale exclusions in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Akalia Pre-Order PolicyWhat pre-order means
From time to time, Akalia may offer items for pre-order. This can happen in a few situations, including (but not limited to) when an item is currently out of stock, when a new item is on its way but hasn't arrived yet, or when we're restocking an item we already carry.

When you'll be chargedWhen you place a pre-order, you will be charged in full at the time of purchase. Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your express agreement to the charging of your provided payment method at that time. Where a pre-order discount applies, it is reflected in the price you are charged at checkout.

Shipping estimatesThe estimated shipping date for your pre-ordered item will be shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email. Please note that this date is an estimate, and is not a guaranteed date of delivery or receipt. The estimated date is subject to change based on production, supplier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Akalia will make every effort to ship your available pre-order inventory as close to the estimated shipment date as possible. This may result in multiple shipments.

Changes to your orderPlease note any future modifications you request to pre-order purchases may result in a later shipping date and/or additional shipping fees at your expense.

Cancellations and refundsAkalia reserves the right to cancel all delayed pre-orders at any point in time.
Should an item or items not be shipped within 14 days after the original estimated shipment date, you may request a cancellation of the affected item(s) for a refund to your original payment method by contacting us at sales@akaliaofficial.com.

Akalia will provide updates via email as soon as possible regarding your pre-order status. If we are ultimately unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be automatically processed. If you choose to cancel your pre-order due to a delay, or if we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation.

Once an item shipsOnce a pre-order has shipped, our standard Returns & Exchanges policy applies. Jewelry pre-orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once shipped.

Clothing pre-orders, once shipped, may be returned under our standard Returns & Exchanges policy.

LiabilityAkalia is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from shipment delays. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to this policy

Akalia reserves the right to update or modify these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on akaliaofficial.com, and continuing to use the site or place a pre-order after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
