Returns Cancellations & Exchanges

If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 30 days return period please ship it back following the instructions using a pre paid label and sending it via our returns portal

Refunds for full priced items are issued to your original payment method. Refunds for regular sale items are refunded via store credit. Items purchased with gift certificates (gift cards) are refunded via store credit. Items discounted over forty percent and black friday discounts  are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order had any shipping costs, these will not be refunded. Jewelry items are considered final sale due to hygiene reasons. You are always welcome to use your store credit to place a new order/exchange a size. 

To return your order, please use our pre paid return label once your return is accepted. Service as we can only refund items which are returned to us. For international orders, we do not facilitate shipping labels.

The items must be unused, unworn, fitted with the original tags and packaging and with no markings or any type of damage.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received in otherwise refunds & exchanges cannot be enforced.

All returns must be shipped within 30 days of being received. We can only refund for goods we receive that fit our terms.

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 30 days may be returned to you.

Something I purchased is now on sale, can I get an adjustment?
Unfortunately, due to the overall high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow for price adjustments.

While we are not liable for lost/stolen packages, we’ll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
