All returns following the guidelines listed on this page will be accepted for store credit . Store credit does not expire and can be used at anytime online.
What can be returned or exchanged?
Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial.

How do I make a return? (Orders within the U.S.)
We offer free returns for full price items!
Follow the steps to initiate your return within 30 days of purchase.

Please send your return items within 5 days of receiving the return shipping label. We will not refund/return items that are sent 6 or more days after receiving the return shipping label.

How do I make a return? (International Orders)

Will I get charged for return shipping?
You will not be charged for return shipping within the U.S.
We are unable to provide return labels to customers located outside of the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, you are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records
Can I combine returns from different orders?
Yes. To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package. We recommend you print out the return form for each order online or write each order number on a slip of paper and include them inside your return package. Packages received without proper order identification may result in longer than estimated processing times.
How do I make an exchange?
We recommend you return the item, get a store credit and repurchase the different size or item you want.
What if my package was refused or undeliverable?
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that may be incurred on the package on the original and return shipments. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
