Chapter one
It started in a storage unit, with a 9-to-5 during the day and a dream in every hour left over.
No studio. No investors. Just Isabel — Beli to everyone who knows her — and a feeling she couldn't shake: that women deserved pieces they never had to think twice about.
Chapter two
Akalia's first pieces were clothes: limited-edition dresses and sets, chosen for the woman who walks in and changes the room.
Small runs. Many pieces one of one. When a style sold out, it didn't come back. That rule still stands.
Chapter three
For twelve months, every single order passed through her hands. She checked each piece, wrapped it and tied the ribbon herself.
Before work. After work. Long after everyone else had gone to sleep. That's where the standard was set — and it hasn't moved since.
