Akalia Circle VIP — Membership Terms

These terms govern the Akalia Circle VIP annual membership (the "Membership"). By purchasing, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership & fee
The Membership costs $39 USD per year. It is an annual, auto-renewing subscription tied to your Akalia account and the email used at purchase. Benefits are for personal use only and are non-transferable.

2. Automatic renewal
Your Membership automatically renews every 12 months on the anniversary of your purchase, and the payment method on file will be charged $39 (plus any applicable taxes) each year until you cancel. Renewal pricing may change with prior notice.

3. Member benefits

15% off your entire order, sitewide, for the duration of your Membership.
Free standard shipping on every order.
First access to new drops and sample sales.

Benefits apply automatically at checkout to orders placed by the member. Unless expressly stated, the 15% member discount cannot be combined with other promo codes and does not apply to gift cards or the Membership itself. Benefits may change or be discontinued; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date, and your Membership will remain active through the end of the current paid year. To cancel, manage your subscription from your account, or email us at sales@akaliaofficial.com and we will process it for you.

5. Refunds
The annual fee is non-refundable, including after benefits have been used, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current year.

6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted on this page, and continued Membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

7. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate a Membership for misuse of benefits, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. If we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current year.
