USA Orders
As an Akalia customer, you enjoy complimentary delivery service on all U.S. orders.
Delivery Window: Monday-Friday, 8am-7pm.
Transit Time: 2-3 business days.
Weekend Orders: To ensure arrival before the weekend, please place your order by Monday 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) for delivery by Friday.
Saturday Delivery: Not currently available.
Service Limitations: We are unable to ship to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Freight Forwarders: Deliveries to freight forwarders or shipping companies are at the customer's own risk.

International Orders
Akalia delivers worldwide, Monday-Friday, 8am-7pm.
Flat Rate Shipping: $39 USD on all international orders and $49 for express delivery.
Carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD, TNT, and Toll.
Transit Time: Typically within the stated delivery window; however, customs clearance may cause unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Saturday Delivery: Not currently available.
Freight Forwarders: Deliveries to freight forwarders or shipping companies are at the customer's own risk.
Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties or import taxes applicable to your destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused Deliveries: We kindly ask that you do not refuse delivery. Refused packages will incur the original shipping charge plus the return cost. Any refund issued will be minus the total delivery and return cost.
Our Commitment
Every order is inspected, packaged with care, and dispatched promptly. While we cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities, our concierge team is here to support you with tracking and coordination if any issues arise.
If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our return period, please ship it back following the instructions using a prepaid label and sending it via our returns portal.
We want you to love your Akalia purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Items must meet the conditions below to qualify for a return.
Return Window Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, or within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and in original condition with all tags and packaging attached. We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or does not meet these conditions.
How to Return Start your return through our returns portal to receive a prepaid return label. International orders are responsible for their own return shipping. Items from different orders cannot be combined in the same return, and if you are returning items from multiple orders, each must be sent back separately with its correct return label.
Refunds Full-price items → refunded to original payment method A $15 USD restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued to your original payment method. Shipping and Package Protection charges are non-refundable. Where a full-price item was purchased using a welcome or newsletter sign-up offer, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount.
Final Sale / Discounted Merchandise Please note that all discounted items, including BOGO deals, are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or gift card.
Orders purchased during sale/promotion periods are FINAL SALE. Please allow an extra 2–6 business days of processing time prior to shipping due to an influx of orders.
For the purposes of this policy, "discounted" refers to items that are marked down, on sale, part of a sale or sample sale collection, or included in a promotional offer such as BOGO. A standard welcome or newsletter sign-up offer applied to a full-price item does not make that item final sale — full-price items purchased with a welcome offer remain eligible for return under the standard return window and conditions above.
Gift card purchases are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
All jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, due to the intimate nature of the product, direct and prolonged skin contact, exposure to personal fragrances, oils, and moisture, the difficulty of verifying that a piece has not been worn or altered, and the handcrafted nature of our designs which makes each piece unique.
Cancelling or Changing Your Order We work quickly to process and ship your order, so once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes, including to items or shipping address. Please review your order carefully before purchasing — if you're unsure, email or DM us before you order.
Third-Party & Boutique Purchases We are unable to support items or orders purchased through boutiques or third-party retailers. Please contact the retailer you originally purchased from directly with any concerns.
Price Adjustments We do not offer price adjustments on items that go on sale after purchase, and we are unable to price adjust orders that have been placed or processed to match promotions or sale offerings.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not liable for lost or stolen packages but will assist you in filing a carrier claim.
Warranty
All Akalia jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Our pieces are 18k gold-plated stainless steel, waterproof and tarnish-resistant when cared for as directed.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, improper use, or damage from harsh chemicals or fragrances. To make a claim, contact our concierge team with your order number and a photo of the item.
