Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties or import taxes applicable to your destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused Deliveries: We kindly ask that you do not refuse delivery. Refused packages will incur the original shipping charge plus the return cost. Any refund issued will be minus the total delivery and return cost.

Every order is inspected, packaged with care, and dispatched promptly. While we cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities, our concierge team is here to support you with tracking and coordination if any issues arise.
We want you to love your Akalia purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Start your return through our returns portal at https://akalia.loopreturns.com/#/ for a prepaid label. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and in original condition with all tags and packaging attached. We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear.
We do not offer exchanges. For a different size, color, or style, return your item for store credit and place a new order. Store credit is issued as a gift card, never expires, and can be used on any future purchase.
Full-Price Clothing: Return within 14 days for a refund to your original payment method, or within 30 days for store credit. A $15 USD restocking fee is deducted from refunds to your original payment method. Store credit is issued for the full price paid, with no fee. Shipping and Package Protection charges are non-refundable.
Sale & Discounted Clothing (more than 15% off): Store credit only, within 30 days. Not eligible for a refund to your original payment method. Store credit is issued for the price paid, with no fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, start a return through our returns portal within 5 days of delivery. You'll be asked to upload a photo or short video of the item and its packaging.
Final Sale (no return or store credit): BOGO promotions, gift cards, and any item marked 'Final Sale' on its product page.
For the purposes of this policy, 'sale' or 'discounted' means any item purchased at more than 15% off. A welcome or newsletter discount of 15% or less does not on its own make an item discounted.
Cancelling or Changing Your Order: Once an order is placed we are unable to make changes, including to items or shipping address. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Third-Party & Boutique Purchases: We cannot support items purchased through boutiques or third-party retailers. Please contact the original retailer.
Price Adjustments: We do not offer price adjustments on items that go on sale after purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages but will assist you in filing a carrier claim.
Pre-Orders: When you place a pre-order, you are charged in full at the time of purchase. The estimated ship date shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may change. If your pre-order has not shipped within 14 days of the original estimated ship date, you may cancel the affected items for a refund to your original payment method by emailing sales@akaliaofficial.com. Once a pre-order ships, our standard policy applies: jewelry pre-orders return for store credit only; clothing pre-orders return under the standard clothing terms above.
Return window. Returns must be requested through our returns portal within the window listed for your item, counted from the delivery date. Once your return is approved, your item must be dropped off with the carrier within 14 days of receiving your return label. Returns not shipped within this time will expire and will no longer be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Warranty
All Akalia jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Our pieces are 18k gold-plated stainless steel, waterproof and tarnish-resistant when cared for as directed.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, improper use, or damage from harsh chemicals or fragrances. To make a claim, contact our concierge team with your order number and a photo of the item.

I've tried a few waterproof jewelry brands and Akalia is by far the best quality. The Luna studs specifically are gorgeous. No green ears, no tarnish, no issues at all after a month of daily wear.
Gorgeous craftsmanship and unique design. The ivory and black colorway is classic but the lace detail makes it feel fresh. Runs slightly small in the bust area so I'd suggest sizing up if you're fuller on top.
